International shipping

Costs & Delivery Timeline

  • A flat shipping fee of USD 35 is applied to international orders below total basket size of USD 750 . Refer our Shipping Costs table various other countries.
  • We offer free shipping for all international orders above USD 750
  • International orders are usually delivered within 12-15 business days for express shipping.
  • Please note that international shipments are not eligible for returns or exchange. Please provide us with your exact phone no. forĀ accurate doorstep delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill number (AWB no.) and courier partner name is sent to you via email / message. Please visit the courier partner website (dhl /fedex /aramex ) and enter the AWB no. shared with you in the relevant form to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery.

Customs and import charges

Duties and taxes for international orders are not included as part of product or shipping charges. Most countries charge duties on imported items that are levied at the time of port entry and vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (DHL, FedEx etc.) at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice from the shipping agent.

Other Terms & Conditions

  • Any part cancellation of the order may attract shipping charges on the balance order.
  • Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays in India are not set as business days for standard deliveries.
  • To qualify for free shipping, your product total after any discount should be above USD 350
  • O'FRIDA will unfortunately not be able to entertain a request for refund as Duty mandated by your country of shipment will have to be borne by you. In case of non-payment of duties and taxes to receive the shipment, O'FRIDA will not beĀ liable for order delivery.
  • International orders are not eligible for exchanges and returns.

  • Domestic orders are usually delivered within 3-5 business days.

Other Terms & Conditions

  • Your order once placed will be processed in 15 working days and will be delivered to you within 3-4 working days from the day of dispatch.
  • For COD orders -Ā  if you do not accept COD order the first time after a call confirmation, you will not be eligible for our COD order services in the future and will not be entertained for the same.Ā 
  • No refunds are applicable on any item bought from OFRIDA.COM. But products are allowed for size exchange once only on the same style.
  • For products on sale / offers / promos, no returns are allowed.
  • Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed.
  • Damaged product if received must be notified within 48 hours of delivery supported with pictures.
  • Damaged products specific to return / repair will have to be couriered back to our warehouse wherein all costs will be borne by the customer themselves.Ā 
  • Anything purchased on the website using a promo code or purchased on sale will be considered a final sale item and will be non-refundable. Please note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Exchange Policy

Each of the product is handcrafted hence there may be some variation between each piece. We also request you to go through the sizing chart to confirm your sizing before you make the purchase. You are most welcome to consult us at orders@ofrida.com or call us in case of any clarification.

Your purchase is eligible for exchange only if it meets the following conditions:

  • An incorrect size or product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
  • If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect. If you feel the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please do photograph this as soon as you have opened the packaging.
  • Damaged product if received must be notified within 48 hours of delivery supported with pictures. No customised product is valid for exchange.
  • Any accessories - Jewellery, Bags are not applicable for exchange.
  • If your purchase meets above return criteria stated above, please dispatch the product to our care team within 7 days of delivery with the following information: - Order number - Delivery address - Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item. *Please note - store credits aren't applicable to online store - www.ofrida.com.

  • We will look into the issue and respond to you within 48 working hours for size recommendation.
  • For a perfect fit as per your body measurements, opt for OFR customisation for an extra fee of Rs 1000/ garment.

OFR CUSTOM

  • Once opted for customisation (select custom in the size option), please email us on orders@ofrida.com with your body measurements.
  • Customisation is applicable twice on the same product.No customised product is valid for an exchange or a refund.
